We offer you the lot of your dreams directly by the sea and we will construct your new home individually according to your wishes and ideas. Therefore we do not offer standard solutions on stock, every customer will find his favorite lot according to his expectations. Our experienced team, familiar with international demands, and with our long term know-how right on spot will realize your individual dream-house.
You may select from functional standard up to highest level of requirements, starting from 70 000.- US$ including 1 000 sqm lot and all incidentals. Directly by the seashore - or in immediate neighborhood. Our German construction supervisor will be present daily on your site. Our style of construction (minimum of 3 meters height, wide windows, natural air circulation) allows you to do without air conditioning. Hot water supply for kitchen and bathroom by the sun. Electrical and Sanitary installations, flexible pipe-in-pipe lines, imported from Europe, mounted according to German standards.
You expect Quality and European Standard. Both we guarantee. There are many offers. Compare and check for yourself - right on site. Visit us in Cebu, the Queen of the Philippine Islands. In Cebu City (international airport!) you may also find large shopping malls, which can easily be compared to USA, Europe or any other place over the world. We are residing approx. 100 km south in beautiful landscapes. And we are living here for permanent, meaning we will "not escape" our customers in the future.
Consciously we do without expensive advertising folders; you know who would pay for it in the end. We also do not entertain a costly office abroad. You may contact us in Cebu permanently.
