For Filipinos who are married to Europeans, a permission to work here in Germany is not necessary. Why? You will learn it here.
It always happens that employers require foreigners married to Europeans to present a permission to work (here in Germany). This is not allowed. It is as well not allowed to stamp the Passport stating prohibitions to have a business or to be employed.

Dutiful Work Permit in a Personal Extend
A permit to work is needed by workers, who are not Germans (under Art. 116 GG) and want to have an occupation, as long as there are no agreements between both states or countries (Section 19, Paragraph 1, clause 1, AFG). Employees coming from the member countries of the EC and their spouses and respectively children (also from a third country) do not need any permit to work (Enactment No. 1612/68 from 15. Oct. 1968). For the British people, this is an exception that their Passports must bear the statement >Holder has the right of abode in the United Kingdom< Turkish nationalities must have this said permit like before despite the Association Agreement. There are actually two kinds of work permits (Arbeitsförderungsgesetz) the general and the special work permit.
The following is a letter from the department of labour about the approval to work.

The spouse of a member state national, whose practising an occupation in a sovereign territory of a member state or country as well as his children below 21 years old or those whom he is supporting, have the right (even if they do not possess the nationality of a member state) to practise an occupation in salary or wages earnings basis/conditions. If your husband practises none of the above-mentioned occupations. It is then dutiful for you to have a work permit. If this is the case, you must as soon as possible apply for one to get employed.
